About this deal
The 350 I think looks great for size and weight but I got the sense from some reviews that it may be a bit underpowered, at least for HSS. As a brother of course they will appreciate the free headshot - but respectfully, if it's the same IQ as this photo you're really not ready to start charging. You can do this by pressing the SET button and, turning the wheel to the right (clockwise) will increase the compensation, while turning it to the left (counter clockwise) will decrease the compensation between -3 and +3 stops, with ⅓ stop increments.

I recently bought the T350 to use on my E-M1, using the AF assist from the camera body seems to work fine, I can focus on objects in low light easily while using the flash. In Slave mode you can only set the channel, by pressing and holding the SLAVE button and rotating the wheel; and you can also set the zoom, by pressing the Zoom button. If you want a bag that doesn't look like a camera bag or prefer to make your own DIY solutions, they're worth a look. There is also a built-in LCD display that provides information such as the flash mode, power levels, and battery life.

Because, unlike you, I shoot off-camera flash far more than on-camera, it was much easier for me to get a TT350-O for my GX7 for on-camera fill/bounce, and then primarily use it as a radio master for my two TT600 and TT685-C.The controller and strobes are very easy to set up and so far have proved very accurate in ttl mode and as measured by my Sekonic Flashmate L-308S-U.

There's also the fact that the FL600R's AF assist doesn't work on older micro four-thirds bodies, indicating Olympus or Panasonic may have changed the hotshoe protocol midstream.First, working in a large urban hotel, I've found radio interference from nearby wifi, wireless mics, and God knows what else to seriously decrease the range and also make triggering very unreliable - like, only 20% success in a medium conference room. TT350C/TT350N/TT350S/TT350F/TT350O separately applies to Sony/Nikon/Canon/Fuji/Olympus(Panasonic) cameras. Weirder still, though I haven't observed it directly, I could swear the R2 switched my GX7 from AFS to AFC.
